Whats the name of this movie?

Ok so I'm watching it right now on tbs but I started to watch it In the middle it's about a guy who wants to go to new York or at least get into America cus from a foreign country which starts with the letter K. Hes living in the air port and most the time he eats crackers with kutchup and musterd exept for he learned that taking carts back to where they go gets him 25 cents each and the manger of the air port is trying to get him in truble and sent back home bit it's not working
