Should my system/subs be pretty loud?

I got 2 12" Kicker 2-ohm dual voice coil CVRs running at 400 RMS (maximum) to each sub from an 1800W Kenwood Amp. The subs are going to be in a ported box in the trunk of 98 Cadillac deville with all sound deadening material removed.
