Cant open ports 2300-2400 on windows 7 using a D LINK DI 615 router.?

Its been ages, a lot of googling but still cant open the mentioned ports. Any ideas. I do the following. Open ports on router. Add the triggers as well. Try both Dis and Enable UPNP. Disabling firewalls on Laptop and router. Try both ways on DMZ's settings on router. Check everything. Still when I check on www.grc.com these ports show closed (NOT STEALTH) and I cant play AOE3 online. Router uses a firmware 4.0. Please solve this.
