Minecraft server help ?!?!??!?!?!?

hello i made a sever a couble days ago im new to this so this is what happened i made a server and it worked for about 2 days and now when i try to connect to my server it says (connection timed out::connect) and i dont know what to do to fix it please help me and the ip of it is 124.182.170.133 but im new to this and i dont know if that ip works for other people but i have done the port forwarding stuff????? just please help me thank u!!
