Ending things with FWB?

If your FWB who you were crazy about (and is equally crazy about you) told you he would have to stop seeing you soon because he wanted a serious relationship because he was getting to the point where he wanted to get married but he didn't want to stop seeing you for a little while, would you see him one more time as a "goodbye" or keep seeing him till he was ready to stop? We are equally crazy about each other but we live about 13 hours from each other and neither of us are interested in a ling dist serious relationship but if we lived closer we would want to be together. He says he has to stop seeing me soon because he isn't looking for a "serious" gf because he is so happy with me and he doesn't want to keep just having a FWB but he can't look for a serious GF right now because his job will be moving in in a few months and he doesn't want to get in a relationship with someone and then move, he wants to wait to find a GF when he moves to the new place. So my question is should i keep seeing him till he moves to the new place or just go once more time and say our goodbyes now? We live about a 13hr drive from each other but one of us flies to see the other one about every other month and have been "seeing" each other for almost 2 years now, neither of us seriously seeing other ppl in this time.
