How to deal with a racist friend?

I have a white racist friend who makes fun of me because I'm Asian. She always calls me Chinese when I keep telling her over and over again I'm Vietnamese and her being the dumb*** she says " so that's the same right" she's in my dance class and when I dance she says " what the hell are you doing" and If I ask her if I did a move correctly she say u look weird doing that. My last name is tran and she makes fun of my last name by calling me train wreck. In a school picture they took a bad picture of me and she laughs at me and says haha u made the picture a train wreck. She also makes fun of my language. I'm talking to my dad on the phone about something important and if I say something in Vietnamese she laughs and say Ching chong ling long ding dong. And she wants all the attention for herself. If I get compliment from somebody she yells put uhum u don't compliment me! Her mom is racist too! At a dance concert I'm in a dance group with her doing a hip hop piece and when they went home her mom say to her " that Asian chick is a spazz" that day later my friend told me what her mom told her and I got pissed and cried at home. I feel like all the teachers like the white kids while the teachers get mad at the Asians, mexicans, and African americans. How do I get back at people who makes a racist Asian joke at me?
