How can I get the hair to grow back on my huskie's tallywacker/pecker/weewee?

We took my husky to a dog groomer to get him blown out for summer, and she shaved all the hair off his pee-shooter. We asked her to trim by his crapper, but she shaved everyyyything. He's a husky, and so the hair wont grow back, and all we see all the time is his ding-a-ling swingin in the wind... Is there anything I can put on it to make the hair grow back? I waited a few months to see if it would on it's own, but it didnt. I'm getting sick of seeing his big pink nastiness all the time.
