I seriously need to loose weight but...?

i just calculated my bmi and 40.03 yep im now officially morbidly obese im still able to get up and be active im still very young (which scares me, i should be skinny) im not a lazy slob im just like anyone else i just have an extremely low metabolism (i do enjoy my meals though i have cut down on meal sizes and my snack frequency) im already active in that i get up every day and actually do work (lifting and carrying heavy objects) i want to loose this weight but i just cant seem to make it happen there is one option i keep seeing on the internet and it just dose not seem realistic to me im Pretty sure you've seen the very fit girl in tight black work out pants and a color full sports bra going on about solid hours of aerobics,yoga,running,walking long distances,ETC. i just cant do that **** i need something to actually "do" that would bore the **** out of me so its completely out of the question. can anyone help me (im open to medication advice and weird weight loss tips ,in fact ide prefer to hear something like that instead of the good ole eat better, cut sodas, and exercises more, 1. eating healthy is more expensive than you may think (pay a visit to your produce sect. at your local grocery store) caffeine is addicting, and working out is boring as ****)
