Movie editing program?

I am looking for a program that I had on my computer once.You could make a movie with a camera and then edit it.There were lots of powers like energy balls,fireballs,orbs(they all looked like in Charmed Ones)that you could put in the movie.The program had a green hand as the icon and I think the name had illusion or something like that in it(not sure).If you find it please give me a ling to where I can download it for FREE or at least tell me the whole name.
