If I were to reschule my fiances visa interview how long would it take?

I just found out about my fiances visa interview in the u.s.consulate in Baghdad about a wk ago? I haven't had enough time to gather all the required documents. His interview is July 7, 2011. If I were to contact the consulate in Baghdad how ling would it take to set up another interview with them for his visa?
