How to save iPod touch memory?

I have just broken the last usb port on my laptop, and now have no way to connect my ipod to my computer. I am currently in the process of transfering my itunes library to my brother's computer, but all my games memory is still on my ipod. is there a way to save this and keep all of that? or a way not to erase and sync with a new library, and keep it all?
