Best export file size and setting for Toshiba Thrive 10.1-inch display 1,280�800 pixel resolution?

I'll be using Adobe Lightroom 3 for exporting photos to be used on the upcoming amazing Toshiba Thrive. I will also stream photos and videos using the Toshiba HDMI port out to 46inch TV. Thanks in advance.
