Are my thoughts wrong?

I am not a sunni or a shia or any other sects there might be. All i know is that I am a Muslim & I believe the Quran to be the word of God, the Hadiths to be the prophet's teaching. We should not break our religion up in groups. Some people even start calling themselves "moderate" Muslims. All I know is that when someone asks what I am I will say "I am a Muslim" not " I am a Sunni" etc. & I do not consider myself a moderate Muslim because although I may not be strictly religious, I am trying hard to fight inner battles to submit to God completely in the best way possible.
